Thorley Hill Primary School - Bishop's Stortford 2.69

Thorley Hill is a one form entry school with a nursery class for children aged 4 – 11 situated on a pleasant and spacious site on the south side of Bishop’s Stortford in a quiet residential area. We have a large playing field and separate playground area, both of which have exciting fixed adventure play equipment. Our building is single storey with individual classrooms, a multi-purpose Hall, a separate Library, ICT suite and outdoor swimming pool. We have a spacious and delightful Foundation Stage outdoor area which is used by the children throughout the day.

Our last Ofsted report recognised that ‘Thorley Hill is a happy, caring, inclusive school in which children thrive socially and academically.’ We aim to create a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which the children can enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.
