The Workstation is Sheffield's leading business centre for creative talent and innovation in the heart of the city's Cultural Industries Quarter. We specialise in providing office space and business support to the creative and digital sector - and we've been doing it for over 20 years!

Studio 505 is a hotdesking space within the Workstation for creative and digital start-ups, offering access to iMacs with Final Cut Pro, a professional face for new businesses, networking and mentorship opportunities.

Members of Studio 505 benefit from a whole array of business tools to develop and expand their new venture. Businesses less than 18 months old working within the CDI Sectors can base themselves within the creative environment of the Workstation alongside many like-minded organisations.

Membership of Studio 505 costs just £30 per month, and is limited to a fixed number of applicants wishing to situate themselves within the Studio.
