Within the personal training sessions I offer, the focus is primarily on your physical fitness and the goals you have for this but we will also consider the importance of nutrition. I am able to give you the guidance and support you need to make the necessary changes here so that you can optimise the overall results you are aiming to achieve.

Dependent upon your individual needs I can
provide you with either general guidance or a more comprehensive program to complement the training you undertake.

We will meet in a mutually agreed location. I do most of my sessions in the outdoors but can also offer home visits if preferred. Although the focus is on one to one training, I will consider couples or small groups.

Alternatively, I can offer you a remote training option. This is for individuals who would like me to solely provide them with training programmes, guidance, motivation and progress monitoring. I do this by email, Skype and telephone. This is worthwhile considering if you feel you are already benefiting from the training you are doing but would like more knowledge to make further improvement. It can also be useful if you just need some motivation to get started.
