We created The Travel Concept in 2006 because we felt there was a need for an independent travel agent specialising in bespoke holidays offering our clients an appointment service at a convenient time and location. We believe the secret to a truly fantastic holiday is first-hand experience and attention to detail - it's the little things we do that make a big difference!

We constantly strive to keep ourselves well trained and well-traveled however we won't always have first-hand experience of every destination or hotel but we pride ourselves in finding someone who has.
