Donna and the Studios team of exercise practitioners are pleased to welcome you to our new Studio.

Our fitness and rehabilitation centre offers a variety of exercise programmes centred around Pilates, as well as an extensive range of exercise classes including; Stretch, For Your Thighs Only, Body Alive, Aerobics, Older Population and Rehabilitation Pilates, amongst many others.

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and is recommended by Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and General Practitioners as one of the safest forms of exercise today and the most effective form of exercise to strengthen the core.
