The Stables, Woodcote, Winchester 2.46

A very warm welcome to ‘The Stables’, a lovely cottage ideal for a romantic get-away for two in the small hamlet of Woodcote, near Winchester.

Our aim is to offer you a home away from home in our cosy, newly converted country cottage.

Enjoy your coffee or outdoor meal in the pretty courtyard garden, or warm yourself in front of the wood burner after a country walk in the stunning surrounding landscape which is all part of the South Downs National Park.

Whether you are here to enjoy a rural break or visit the nearby towns of Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth, you will be spoilt for choice. We hope your stay with us will be comfortable. To make life a little easier you will find the cupboards stocked with basic groceries.

There are horses in the paddocks and we rear our own free range pigs and chickens. Why not try some ‘home grown’ sausages, bacon and eggs.
