We are a Cornish family run business that is proud to serve you great tasting barbecue food, sourced from local farmers.

We have been cooking Traditional Cornish Hog Roasts for the last 6 years. In 2014 we invested in an American Wood Burning Smoker that gives our cooking a unique barbecue taste.

Our passion is smoked american style bbq, we cook meats up to 18hrs using hickory and apple wood for a true smokey flavour.

We take advantage of the beautiful Cornish countryside. Wether at the beach or in a lush green field, we cook at your event so that you can enjoy the delicious smell that come from our authentic slow cooked barbecue.
