I've been "into" food since I was a youngster watching my mother bake and getting excited about visiting my nan's house thinking about the tasty food she cooks.
I went to collage aged 16 for 3 years to learn how to cook, when I left the learning began. I have worked in many areas of the catering industry but only really career only really came alive when I was inches away from it ending.
I became seriously ill and this forced me to reevaluated my direct. I buried my head in everything to do with food an food cultures, watching YouTube videos until 5am then going to work at 7am strait through until 11pm. I worked with some very inspirational chefs in some very inspirational places.
This brings me to now, cooking the food I love at home and in my street food stall keeping things simple using the best, seasonal and local produce making sure I squeeze every ounce of flavor out.
Food!! is there anything else worth talking about?? ......no, thought not...
