This is a three storey house, with lovely views from every window of the river, or the surrounding hills. It sleeps four people. It has gas central heating and has been renovated to a high standard. The accommodation comprises: an open plan ground floor comprising of Lounge, kitchen and dining room and a wide staircase leading up to the second floor. This floor has a double bedroom (double bed) with an ensuite shower room, toilet, hallway and study. A narrow staircase leads up to the top floor, with a beautiful light bathroom consisting of shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet and a double bedroom (double bed) This floor has some restricted headroom as it goes up into the roofline. It is a lovely quirky house in a lively market town.
There is a communal shared courtyard and drying green at the back of the house. There is a fabulous park along the river in Newtown, just a 5 minute walk from the house, that has wooden benches and lovely walks along the river, and we have a picnic blanket at the house you are welcome to use.
