Having lived and raised our young families in St Albans, we identified the need for a gourmet burger dining experience. We are delighted to be part of the burgeoning number of great independent restaurants on offer in St Albans.

The menu, though simple, is quality focused as we are passionate about good food. Our 100% British Beef burgers are hand pressed daily, never frozen. We use only the freshest and finest tasting produce, which we are determined to ensure is ethically sourced.

St Albans & Norbury both have a strong sense of community spirit, we wanted to replicate that in our restaurant; from the themed menu to our commitment to providing jobs and apprenticeships to local young people.
