Following on from completing the micro bakery course, courtesy of virtuousbread.com and the amazing Jane Mason, I can now offer home-made, real bread available to order and collect.
No preservatives, no additives - just flour, water, salt and yeast (or sourdoughs made from natural wild yeasts).
Currently baking Thursday nights for Friday collections or Saturday mornings for weekend collections.
