The Hair Bank and our staff welcome you to our award winning 5* hair service and one of the longest standing hairdressers in the Urmston area with over 30 years of experience! We are also one of the top 100 Matrix salons in the UK and Northern Ireland, and in the top 10 matrix salons in the northwest !!with 2 colour masters specialist working within the salon ,we are unique in Manchester & the uk:)!!!!

On the 30th March 2014 The Hairbank were named the winners of 'Best of Manchester' at the English Hair and Beauty Awards.

We have also been named finalists for North Western Hairdresser of the Year at The British Hairdressing Awards and Salon Team of the Year at The British Hairdressing Business Awards.

All of our stylists keep up to date with the latest trends and we make a concerted effort to bring those trend's to you in our salon. To bring you the best in our salon we use products that are industry recognised for being the best as this reflects our award winning standards!

The Hairbank : Cancellation Policy -

Your appointments are very important to The Hairbank, and we understand that sometimes
schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card deposit on booking any appointment


- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment
time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand by guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. The Hairbank policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and
future clientele.
