Here is a breakdown of the classes we are running.
Strength- A mixture of compound movements i.e. deadlift, squat, bench press, shoulder press, these classes focus on gaining strength.
Conditioning- Varied exercises and reps which are timed to help improve overall condition of fitness levels.
Intensity- This will consist of high repetition and low weight exercises.
Boxfit- A variety of exercises based around boxing, i.e. agility, bag work, pad work and core.
