The Freedom Centre, in Hastingwood, near Epping, Essex opened its doors in October 2015, with Epping Mayor Michael Wright attending and officially cutting the ribbon. Just off the A414 and five minutes from the M11 Harlow, within easy access of Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Hatfield Heath, Loughton, North Weald, Brentwood, Ongar, Waltham Abbey, Stansted and Central London, the centre boasts exclusive state-of-the-art equipment such as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT), Far Infra-Red Sauna, Low Level Light Therapy, Peat Hyperthermia Mud Bathing and Lucia No3 Hypnogogic light experience. Individual treatments and courses of treatment are available and your improvement can be measured via the Nerve Express, an advanced diagnostic assessment tool which shows your level of physical fitness and emotional state and how this changes over time. Usui Ryoho Reiki Healing courses run throughout the year for levels 1 beginner, level 2 practitioner, level 3 master practitioner and Level 4 Master teacher and regular Reiki shares held at the centre. All the Reiki Practitioners working at the centre have completed the Reiki Council verification process; the resident Doctor and all therapists are highly experienced, some practicing internationally, others have worked from the Hale Clinic in the past. Meditation, Yoga & Pilates classes are held throughout the week during the day and evenings and at the weekends, with inspirational film evenings being held every month. 100% Organic Juicing plans specific to your blood type are also available as 3 day, 5 day and 12 week courses and we provide wheatgrass shots, herbal teas and freshly made 100% Organic detox smoothies which are available to purchase. Special events take place at the centre throughout the year from psychic nights to raw food masterclasses, spiritual and personal development workshops to spa day exclusive weekend package breaks. The Centre stocks only pure organic, paraben free face and body products which include Paul Penders and Clarity Cleanse and these are used in our transformative light oxygenation and rejuvenation facials. The only UK stockists of Ecoprincess children’s toxic free play make up sets, the centre sells crystals, salt lamps, Aurora Light Masks, Naked Mud, Face Mud, Cellogie, Norstar magnetic products and orthopaedic goods including pillows and lumbar supports. Private Healthcare is accepted and referrals can be made for MRI, X-Ray, DXA and ultrasound scans to the London Imagery centre or other providers.
