The Engine Room Fitness Centre 3.94

The Engine Room Fitness Centre is a family run, independent local gym. We have a great selection of cardiovascular equipment along with resistance machines and free weights.

We run a wide range of classes throughout the day and offer Les Mills, Body Pump, Metafit Hiit training, Indoor Cycling, cycle +, Kettlercise, fitsteps, Zumba, Yoga and Unite.

We also have a sauna, a flat sunbed, cooffee area, changing rooms and lots of free parking.
