Empire Coventry 5.46

Empire is a multi use venue situated within the heart of Coventry, It was most recently the home to Coventry University Students Union until the SU decided to close the venue (Hush) IN Jan 2015.

Empire opened it's doors in September 2015 and since then has hosted many differing events, from Freshers 2015, Krept & Konan, Scott Mills, Chris Stark, Ministry Of Sound, The Enemy, This is England, Redlight, Lee Scratch Perry, Jaguar Skills, Flashmob, Live & Local, Happy Mondazes & Clone Roses, The Libertines, Pete Doherty, From The Jam, Frank Turner, Nathan Dawe, The Levellers, Shed Seven, Half Man Half Biscuit, Tom Zanetti, Tim Burgess and many more.

We opened the Empire Lounge in November 2015 The lounge has booth seating and full views of our stage from a private balcony, ideal for private parties or a VIP area - the bar serves everything from premium lagers to champagnes, premium spirits and cocktails.
