The Eatrium at Gillies 3.07

‘We’re not quite sure why we have never done this before’ said Mr Ian Philp, Managing Director of Gillies Ltd, speaking about ‘The Eatrium’, the brand new Gillies coffee shop with the brand new contemporary interior. ‘After all, with its all glass frontage overlooking Horsecross, it has spectacular views of the Perth conference centre and all its passers by, probably enjoying the most interesting outlook in Perth whilst you sit and chat with friends over a cup of coffee.
The name was derived from the shape of the atrium style roof in this part of the Gillies shop and the interior has been kitted out to reflect the contemporary nature of the building, with bright colours and modern styling. Of course the view and the ambience is just the start.
