The Duck and Scholar 4.21

We are the Vale's main bar, right here on your doorstep. It's a two story venue overlooking the Vale, which serves as our gigantic and picturesque beer garden.

New this year, the bar is accepting meal plan payment for soft drinks, snacks and mixers!

We'll be bringing back many of our regular events from last year, which include Pick'N'Mix all day every Tuesday with 3 drinks for £5, Bar One Fifty with loads of drinks just £1.50, Cocktail Club on Saturday serving a variety of cocktails for those looking for an alternative to hitting the clubs, and our always popular Sunday night quiz, where we have given away prizes such as £200, bottles of Belvedere vodka, activity days out, and 500 bottles of beer!

We'll also have a range of other events throughout the year, such as regular live music nights, competitions and sporting events. Keep an eye out here or for posters around the Vale, or ask in the bar for more details! We also sell tickets for Stupid Tuesday and Vodbull.
