How the story began…
I was out with my husband celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary when all of a sudden an idea hit me…why not set up a business of hiring out dresses? I have so many friends who go to balls, charity events, Christmas gatherings and are always worried about what to wear, or remembering what they wore last year! That’s why I decided to set this up, to help anybody out there who needs a dress at a reasonable price for one evening only. My daughter was also my inspiration, she loves playing dress up and what a wonderful job to help Mummy with when she is older. I’m sure if my son was younger, he is now nearly 9, he would also love it as he did used to like wearing my shoes and playing with my make-up when he was younger, sorry Jake.xxx
We are running this from our barn on our property, so please bare in mind that it isn’t a fancy shop, but we do have fancy dresses for you to try on.
Prices start from £30 to hire a dress, sizes vary from size 6 to 18. We are a new business with new dresses coming in all the time.
