The Coachhouse is a beautiful 17th century converted building that sits along the Old Saxon Way in the heart of the old market town of Frome.

A loving restoration of this historical building has combined modern, contemporary living with style and grace.

The cleverly designed space comes with everything you need for a super comfy stay, from the mattress with linen bedsheets, to the rainmaker shower. And then there's the free wi-fi and the option of our tailor made breakfast.

The Coachhouse was created by Jenny & Ian, of Apple Build & Design, to showcase the good and the great from the neighbourhood they live in.

With its historic buildings, beautiful independent shops, and local artisans aplenty, Frome is the perfect destination for anyone wanting to enjoy something a little different.

On the first Sunday of each month 'The Frome Independent' comes to town, attracting thousands of visitors. This vibrant market showcases the best artisan food and drink, local artists and designers, local produce, plants and flowers, retro, vintage, collectables, home wares and street entertainment.

Frome is home to the Cheese and Grain with it's fantastic live music acts and performances. Catherine Hill with its specialist, vintage and unique shops is a must see before perusing the arts and crafts found within The Black Swan, Rook Lane Arts and the Silk Mill.

With Longleat and Centre Parcs on our doorstep, and Bath and Bristol a short drive away, The Coachhouse is positioned beautifully amongst it all.
