Hi there, I'm Rhiannon and I love baking, end of... Welcome to The Citron Kitchen.


I have fond memories of cake making and more importantly eating it from a young age. Be it baking cakes with my parents using the ancient Kenwood mixer, or the greeting of fairy cakes at grandmas topped simply with glacé icing and hundreds and thousands.


My love of baking has been carried on into my adult life, along with my Grandma's trusty Kenwood mixer, developing and evolving the yummy fairy cake recipe and branching out to cookies, brownies and celebration cakes. I'm constantly learning and experimenting with recipes, creating new treats and improving existing ones. Basically, anything made with sugar, butter, flour or eggs then I'm interested.
