What's not to like? Chutneys and relishes can be the star addition to jazz up a simple salad or sandwich or be a classic extension to a more refined cheese board. Whatever your choice you are sure to add plenty of home produced flavour safe in the knowledge that nothing but fruit, vegetables, spices, vinegar's and sugars have created the jar which is bursting full of flavour.

With 3 generations of culinary wizardry in my family it is true to say there certainly is something in the genes! Originally from Yorkshire, England and with Catering School Training I have taken my passion and have shared it with the people of Borneo for the past 5 years. Now having relocated back to the UK I am back in the kitchen bringing The Borneo Pantry to the people of the Isle of Wight.
