Deposits
Deposits are there to protect our artists from late cancellations and no-shows. For full day bookings we require a minimum £40 deposit to secure your booking which will be taken off the total sum of your tattoo on the day of your appointment. If you re-schedule your booking 72 hours or less before your appointment then your original deposit will be lost and you will be required to send a new deposit to secure a new booking. Deposits can either be paid via our Paypal to studioix@outlook.com or by dropping the cash into the studio. Card payments are not accepted. When transferring money please state which artist you are paying the deposit for and the date of the tattoo. Your appointment will not be secured until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are not given unless at the artists discretion.

Payment
We are a cash only studio and do not accept card payments. Please ensure you have sufficient money with you on the day of your tattoo.
