Welcome to T2 Boot Camps- Fat Loss Boot Camps, Personal Training, Nutrition & Fitness Professional.

My Name is Louis Thursfield. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer who is passionate and dedicated to helping you achieve the body you desire. Whether it is fat loss, muscle tone or an improved level of fitness, you will get personalised workout and nutrition programs to meet your individual needs. I offer a range of personal training services such as: private small group personal training, boot camps and one-on-one personal training. This gives clients the opportunity to pursue your dream body as a small group of friends, as an individual or as part of a larger group striving for similar goals. My private small group and one-on-one personal training sessions can be held at the Warrington gym facilities (Beamont Collegiate Academy), in the comfort of your own home or outdoors at locations (parks and sports fields) near to you. My home fitness training service operates throughout the North West, and for your convenience, I provide the required exercise equipment, together with all the necessary experience and motivation to ensure you receive a first class personal training service.

I believe that to achieve your physical goals, you have to have the right mind-set, so before you start your personal training programme with me, private small group clients will get a free one-hour group Body Diagnostic, and one-on-one clients will get a free 30-minute Body Diagnostic. This is where we will meet to discuss all of your aims and set your goals. This session will also kick start our client-trainer relationship and allow me to gather the information needed to design your individual workout and nutrition programs.

Here at T2 Physiques, I will provide support and motivation 24/7, 365 days per year. If you want to discuss your exercise & nutrition programme, or just a general chat about your health, fitness and wellbeing, I am here as a friend and a mentor. I will deliver results quickly, but it will not be just a short-term fix. The skills and knowledge you will gain from your personal training programme will allow you to sustain a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. It will not only have a positive impact on you, but also on your friends & family.

The private small group personal training sessions have proven very popular and are a cost effective way to lose weight, tone up and enjoy exercise with friends & family.

As a personal trainer it is my mission to not only talk the talk, but to walk the walk. I have followed regimented exercise and nutrition programs my self for the last 4 years and I strive to improve my body every day. My client feedback has shown time and time again that I inspire and motivate my clients because I practice what I preach.

Investments:

All Personal Training Sessions and Boot Camps last for one hour. The Personal Training Sessions can either take place in the fantastic gym facilities, in your home or outdoors at suitable locations near to you.
