There is art and beauty to be found in each and every moment of our lives, and I like to share this ethos through my work. I believe in top quality ingredients, artistic vision, avoiding chemicals and ‘hidden nasties’ wherever possible, and catering for allergy sufferers, diabetics and the health conscious alike. I can tailor most of my offerings for allergy sufferers, but please contact me directly to discuss your needs*.

My cakes are exclusively designed for each of my clients, bringing ideas to life and creating memorable, delicious works of art to enjoy with a focus on details, personalisation and a realistic interpretation of your vision.

Chocolate...
Chocolate is another huge passion of mine, and one I like to share. I specialise in diabetic/sugar free boxed chocolates and seasonal items (including Easter eggs and Christmas gifts), and WILL NOT use chemical artificial sweeteners or flavours. The ingredients I use are carefully selected and researched, and well-loved among my clients. Everything is handmade, both regular or diabetic friendly, and I offer a wide range of truffles, filled-chocolates and pralines. I can also cater for allergy* specific clients (such as dairy and gluten free) - please contact me for information.
Important info…
I will only ever use free range eggs and ensure all of my other ingredients are top quality; I can happily, by request, use all organic ingredients. We can work together and completely tailor-make your experience, through design and flavour, so let your imagination run free and please get in touch!
All bespoke cakes are designed and made by me, and are priced according to the options chosen and the specific design. I also have a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, and am on the food business register.
