We have boxing classes for kids from 5,juniors, seniors and ladies, all classes led by pro boxing trainer Tony Lindie and former Brit champ Michael Devaney . MMA classes taken by purple Gracie belt and black belt in JiJutsu and weapons expert Tommy McCafferty. contact us for more info, all fitness levels welcome. We are soon to start inter club tournaments from end of Feb and we hold regular boxing and mma shows.
