We look forward to teaching students a traditional Martial Art and are rewarded by seeing them benefit from the many benefits that training has to offer.

We aim to teach students to develop these fundamental karate principles:

Respect: towards parents, teachers and society.
How to say "No" to unhealthy peer pressure.
How to have the ability to defeat the bully without necessarily fighting.

Indomitable Spirit.

Independant studies have shown that Goju Ryu Karate improves mental focus, increases attention span and also makes children more aware and alert as well as developing effective self defence skills that can be carried through life.
