Stress Less Massage is run by Paula Glenister FHT BA (Hons). It runs only a Monday at the Wave Centre, Dominion Road in Worthing. I am very grateful to Broadwater Baptist Church for giving me this opportunity.

I had been running Complement Wellbeing CIC but am now in the process of closing this to support my son within his school environment.

His anxiety and autism have prevented him accessing education for several years but by my being in class with him he's starting to learn again plus he now makes amazing cakes and is developing an incredible ability with computers.

Working on a Monday gives me a chance to be myself, help others and to earn something.
