My name is Stephen East and I'm a fully accredited CBT therapist based in Teesside. With over 9 years of experience, I provide high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR based on the latest research in the field. I currently work for the an IAPT service as Senior High Intensity Therapist and work as Clinical Supervisor of CBT at Teesside University and run a private practice. In addition to therapy, I also offer clinical supervision. I am a Fully Accredited Psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP). I also hold a BSc in Psychology with an PGDip in Health Psychology and CBT.
