We deliver the finest Indoor cycle experience in the Daventry and surrounding area. We don't have huge classes where the quality of coaching is diluted, we have a ratio of 10-1 (users to coach).

Friday Early Spin 6-6.45am

We often do spontaneous classes, which might be a pure spinning experience or a mixture of Spinning, with Boxing, kettlebells, abs or resistance training. All classes are carefully designed by our coaches to ensure your mind and body is kept guessing.

All classes are open to both members and non-members of the Training Shed and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
