With stunning countryside views, it provides a quiet getaway whilst still being within walking distance of 3 pubs. Braunston Marina is minutes away, joining the Oxford and Grand Union Canal.

The village boasts range of shops, including a butchers and a post office. There are also plenty of walks and cycle routes on your doorstep, with the towpath for the canal at the bottom of the nearby paddock.

For canal enthusiasts, the Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum is a 30-minute drive. This is a perfect location to explore, being close to the borders of Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. There are many places of interest, such as Silverstone Grand Prix racing circuit, Bletchley Park, made famous in WWII, and Towcester Races.

Downstairs, there is a living room with French doors onto the garden and a woodburner for the winter (fuel included), as well as a kitchen with slate floor.
