I'm a mind-body-spirit coach in Wiltshire near to both Somerset and Dorset. Coaching/therapy sessions support an individual through a process of self-discovery which enables them to work towards gaining life balance and achieving their goals.Therapies offered include performance coaching, talking therapy, EFT (tapping), NLP, and traditional healing therapy. Charges are £49.00 per hourly session and I offer face-to-face, Skype, email and phone sessions. As a client/therapist relationship is a very important and personal one, the first short session is free to discover whether both sides can effectively work together. Sessions are bookable in advance preferably in blocks of three, as this helps to achieve the changes desired. The sessions can help with all aspects of your life. These include: career, lifestyle, change, motivation, phobias and anxiety, achieving goals, relationships, mindfulness, health and wellbeing.

My working hours are very flexible and I offer appointments outside of my core hours of 9 - 5 pm Monday to Friday. Skype and phone sessions can be booked in the evenings and when available at weekends, to fit around my clients' busy schedules.
