Come and join our ladies only gym, Our members age from age 16 years upto 84 years old.

We specialise in assisted exercise equipment that can help increase fitness, mobility, strength and energy levels.
Our equipment can also prevent alleviate or reduce the risk of many common health problems including Arthritis, low back pain, cardio vascular disease, asthma and many more.
Each assisted exercise machine is specially designed to exercise more than one body part at the same time, halving the time it takes to see the results. Just two to three 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes to see great results.
