About Me & The Creation of Slicities!

Perhaps surprisingly, I am an internationally competitive power lifter and physique athlete…my life revolves around strict diet and training, and from this self-imposed, sugar restricted life I lead the desire to create indulgent treats has spawned….and so SLICITIES was born.

Initially I baked for the rare cheat day when I was allowed to eat something horribly naughty and calorie ridden, and then this branched out to baking requests for friends who also competed as ‘post-competition’ treats….now I have a full set of tried and tested favourites which I would like to share with the rest of you :)

Available are the classic ‘tiffins’ and a few seasonal specials which will be announced as we go!
