Please note:

All appointments require a deposit, we cannot book or reserve you any time without one.

If you cant make it to the studio to leave a deposit we can accept a cheque or Paypal (please contact for paypal details)

(if sending deposit by cheque please make it payable to Skinshokz and send a letter with your details so we can contact you with your appointment dates)


The amount of deposit required is as follows:

Small tattoos up to 1 hour.........................£20
Up to 3 hours...........................................£50
Over 3 hours or multiple sessions/sleeve...£100

All deposits are non refundable or transferable to anyone else, they are to make sure you turn up and aren't wasting our time, if you wish to rearrange your appointment you must inform us with at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment date to transfer the deposit to your new appointment, This cannot be done via email or facebook, it has to be done either in the studio or over the phone during the studio opening times.

Less than 48 hours notice of cancelation will result in loss of deposit and another will be required to book back in.

Failure to turn up without notice requires full payment of the missed appointment before any more work can continue and the remainder of your appointments will be cancelled.

.Do you need an appointment for a consultation?

No you dont, you can come down to the studio whenever you want to book in, one of the artists will always be able to speak to you about your design/qoute and get you booked in.

.What is the availability for appointments?

It really does depend on what it is your wanting doing, what style of tattoo and the size.
We have four tattoo artists, each specialising in different styles so availability for tattoos does vary.

Holly and Tony usually have available slots through out the week for small walk in work, you can call the studio on 01274 676914 to check availability for that day, to book something bigger with either of them there is usually space within a week or two.

Roy and Paul are both currently taking bookings around 6-7 months in advance, if it's not big what you want doing with either of them then it's always a good idea to book in and leave your phone number as cancelations do happen so it is sometimes possible to get in sooner.

.How much will your tattoo cost?

We usually charge at an hourly rate for large work that will take more than one session (£70 per hour)
If it's a small tattoo then we will give you a set price for it.

We cannot give you a price for sleeves only an estimate that on average they take between 15-30 hours depending on the style and detail.
If you have a photo/picture of something that you want a quote for then call into the studio with it and we'll have a chat with you about it, we can't really say via email or facebook as it's too hard to judge size and placement. So all pricing is done at the studio in person.

If you want a cover up doing then we do have to see it before booking you in, so again come down to the studio because we need to see what can be done with it and how long it will take.
