We are an advice and counselling centre, situated in the heart of the Shinewater Community in Eastbourne and all our services are free of charge.

We are here to provide a range of free, professional advice, counselling and support services to the whole Eastbourne community. We provide a discreet and non-judgemental service in a friendly and confidential setting.

Our trained advisors offer free advice with debt and money issues, benefits, pensions, employment issues, legal issues, consumer and community issues, family and housing issues they can help you through the whole process from initial form filling through to a positive end result.



We will treat everyone who asks for help as an individual, we are motivated by our commitment to God and our Christian faith and we are aware that some of our clients come to us with very practical issues whilst others may have more spiritual and emotional needs. With this in mind we also offer a free counselling service for anyone who is 16 yrs and over. We will help you with whatever you are facing and if we can't help you then we can put you in touch with another agency who can.
