Situated close to the Cotswolds the views are stunning from the air and there are many local attractions if you feel like combining a visit with a family day out.

Shenington gliding club was formed over 20 years ago and has developed into a thriving and active centre for glider flying and training. We offer good facilities all year round and operate a 7 days a week.

For qualified pilots who wish to developed their skills further we can provide local soaring tuition as well as advanced cross country training. For the glider pilot we are virtually free from controlled airspace making cross country flying uncomplicated. Based in the centre of the UK qualifying distances are also easy to plan.

We have a club house and bar with self catering area where you can just relax after your training session.
