I am running a short series of outdoor fitness sessions, starting on Monday 31st July at 6.30pm on Bruce's Field, Fernhill. Come and join in - £3 per session!

I also provide a personal trainer service for people wishing to lose weight, get in shape or tone up their bodies.

Sessions can take place in your home, mine or outdoors. All areas between Abercynon and Hirwaun covered.

Sessions can be booked between the following times:
Mon – Fri 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Sat – Sun 10am – 4pm

Rates:
Free 20 minute initial consultation
£10 for a 45 minute session which includes an intensive work out, biometric weigh in and dietary advice.
