I am now taking the odd commission here and there alongside my usual makes. I have to place certain restrictions on what I can do as with up-cycled materials it's difficult to be too specific. If you would like something and can give me an idea of size, colours and not too specific on style (although you can specify preferences) but are happy to let me use my creativity a bit then please do message me and we can discuss it.

I always use stretchy fabrics such as cotton/jersey/viscose/elastane mixes, never animal products, if you are allergic to anything please let me know

I am happy to take a deposit to secure an item if you can't afford to pay for it straight away. You will be expected to pay the postage and it will be worked out according to where you live

No returns on custom orders unless there is a fault with the item

You may return an item within 14 days for a full refund or in exchange for another item providing we both reach an agreement on the exchange. It must be returned in unworn condition. I will not accept or refund if item has been worn, washed, tumble dried or damaged. I send all clothing items special delivery, it is your responsibility to choose a reliable postal service to ensure safe return. I will refund when I receive item. I cannot refund postage unless I am at fault and it is agreed between us

I mainly use paypal as a payment method but please message me if you can't use paypal for whatever reason and we can sort something out
