All cakes are designed and created by myself, Nicki Scott. I trained professionally as a cake designer at the London National Bakery School. My work is regularly published in national and regional wedding magazines and Serendipity Cakes also featured in a wedding documentary for SKY TV. I periodically write for a wedding publication offering professional advice on all aspects of cake decorating and design. With over 30 years experience in the industry, I offer advice and expertise at my studio based in Great Dunmow, Essex, to create the perfect cake for your occasion.
