SDR FITNESS Wales is owned and run by a parent of a CP/SDR child. We are a strength and confidence building therapy centre based in Cardiff South Wales. We specialise in clients with cerebral palsy, pre and post-op Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) patients. We run 3 and 6 day intensive strength and confidence building courses as well as weekly strength sessions. All our courses and programmes are designed specifically for each individual to maximise the clients potential in a fun and friendly manner. All our trainers are qualified to a minimum of level 3 in personal training, are first aid trained, are CRB checked and also have insurance up to the required £10m.
