I have been involved in sport and exercise from an early age and have competed in various sports including swimming, football and running at different levels. I have always been extremely competitive and strive to win and perform at my best in order to achieve a better self.

This philosophy is transferred into the clients I work with. Your goals are my goals and we will achieve them together. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the progression made by someone with my help.

I have always been intrigued in the human body, how it works, how it moves, how it functions and how it can be improved all with specific regards to sport, exercise and fitness. This infatuation of mine lead me to carry out Sport and Exercise Science related courses at college and university covering a wide range of important areas that helped me and will help my clients improve such as sports nutrition, sports bio mechanics, sports psychology, sports physiology, human anatomy, theory of sports specific training and physical activity exercise and health.

Here I went onto carry out a Masters Postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation. These skills helped me in areas such as musculoskeletal therapy, sports injuries, sports massage and sports treatment with regards to rehabilitation.

Having these skills then made me intrigued in the training aspects. I then went on complete an intense level 3 qualification in personal training. Here I can offer many qualities to my clients from information regarding gait, nutrition, training, rehabilitation and sports specific massage.

Overall I am enthusiastic about sport, fitness and always improving myself aswell as my clients. I never get complacent as everyday is an opportunity to better the person you were yesterday.

My personal training focus now involves running. I cover various distances from 5k to half marathons. Achieving these goals requires alot of hard work, time and dedication to training, putting in hours, putting in effort, rain or shine all to achieve a faster time. This achievement when accomplished is the best feeling ever and makes all that hard work, sweat and sometimes tears all the worth it. There's only one thing to do in this position ..... enjoy it ...... then go again aim bigger aim higher.
