Our social aim is to provide the relief of financial hardship and unemployment. As well as providing the advancement of education training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience.



The BEACH aims to achieve these key objectives by:

•delivering cost effective services to the highest standards in a responsive and friendly way which meets the aspirations of tenants and other customers;
•developing close links with the communities we serve;
•providing facilities and services that enable people across all tenures to continue to live independently in their existing homes;
•advising and assisting people to take a step into permanent employment according to their circumstances;
•working closely with partners to maximise the benefits we can bring.
