I am a Meditation Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master Teacher and holistic therapist.

Life on this path began whilst I was recovering from my diagnosis of M.E. Meditation, plus various complementary therapies, were instrumental in helping me to get back to full optimum health and so I felt inspired to help others.

I enjoy continuing to learn and I get the greatest pleasure in passing on the knowledge to others either by teaching meditation teachers, teaching individuals to meditate, teaching reiki, giving holistic treatments or through writing about my own experiences.
