Time to talk is a counselling and psychotherapy service for adults and young people based in Shepshed, Leicestershire.

We offer a safe place to explore how you feel with a qualified and BACP registered counsellor. Whether you're finding it hard to cope or just looking to make sense of the issues weighing you down. Time to talk can help you get back to enjoying life!

Affordable youth counselling:
Perhaps you are a young person seeking support or a parent who feels there child may need help, time to talk offers affordable counselling for young people.
Counselling young people has an enormous impact in terms of the person's personal, social and emotional development.
Are you worried about your child's emotional well-being? Maybe you and your child is on the CAMHS waiting list or waiting to see a doctor and you would like to get that extra support.

Person centred counselling helps young people in a supportive environment to find the answers to the issues in there lives and to enable them to live more fulfilling lives, enjoy healthy relationships and build resilience within themselves.

Prices:

Consultations- £10.

Adult counselling- £35 per session.
Youth counselling- £20 per session.
