The nursery is both owned and managed by Vicky Hough and has been open now for 6 years!
Our team is committed to providing not only a caring and loving environment where children are safe and secure but one in which they can develop and grow, acquire social skills and the ability to learn –preparing and supporting their development as they make their journey along life’s pathway.
We strive to provide excellent standards of education and invaluable early experiences for babies and young children. We seek to enhance the quality and consistency of learning in the early years sector. We set high standards for equal opportunities and work hard to nurture and provide the ‘unique’ child with carefully planned and assessed play opportunities. All our provision meets the standards identified by the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and supports children in achieving the Every Child Matters Outcomes: staying safe, being healthy, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution and achieving economic well-being.
We aim to make a difference via the provision of exceptional care and education. Practitioners within nursery endeavor to create a compassionate, loving atmosphere within a highly stimulating environment caring for the individual needs of your child. Each child within nursery will be allocated their own key person supporting them in the absence of mummy and daddy and ensuring quality and consistency of care. Your key person will build and develop a relationship between home and nursery allowing for the sharing of information about their experiences and special events in their life as they grow and develop.
