Come and join me for a cookery demonstration followed by a delicious lunch, in the comfort of my country kitchen.

The theme of my weekly demonstrations is easy, prepare-ahead entertaining for family and friends. Each demo is packed full of great seasonal recipes with plenty of helpful hints and tips. The menu changes every 6-8 weeks

The day starts at 10am with coffee and homemade biscuits followed by a 2 hour cookery demonstration, which usually consists of a 3 course meal including a canape or bread. Then, sit down and enjoy lunch from the recipes demonstrated in the morning, including a glass of wine or soft drink.
