Here at the Ryland Centre we aren’t just a Leisure Centre, a Gym or a Health Club, we are a family, a team, one big fitness community. Our motto is Fitness for all, and know matter your size, shape or age we believe everyone should be able to move and workout and feel comfortable.

We offer over 40 fitness classes per week. All our classes are catered from beginner to advance giving everyone the opportunity to workout and feel able they can achieve their goals.

This isn’t all we offer for you to get your fitness fix or to achieve your fitness goal. We also have a 50 station gym consisting of treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, cross trainers, fixed weights and free weights along with functional equipment such as TRX (suspension training), Bosu, kettlebells and more. We are that committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals that personal programmes for the gym are inclusive in your membership.

If outdoors is your thing we have that covered too, we have a grade A athletics track which is available for public use, along side this we run a couch to 5k (C25K) programme that takes you from a beginner to running 9k continuously in 9 weeks. We have helped 1000’s of people achieve their fitness, running and weight loss goals with this programme and you could be next.

We understand that not everyone wants to achieve their fitness goals by going to the gym or a fitness class, here at the Ryland Centre we offer activities such as Badminton, 5-a-side Football, Netball and Basket Ball. You don’t need to be a member to hire a court from us.

As well as being a fitness facility we are also the home to many clubs such as Elite performing Arts, Little Kickers, Bromsgrove and Redditch Athletics Club, Special Olympics, Bromsgrove Hockey Club, Ryland Netball Club, Hartbeeps, Bromsgrove Gymnastics, Sports Stars and much more.
