Got a long day at work? Going on holiday? Bring your dog/s to Ruffin It and get peace of mind knowing that they are in a fun, loving and sociable environment.

They will getting lots of love and attention, walks around our paddock or woods (just up the road), plenty of play time in the garden and sometimes we may even go on adventures further afield.

This is a mother and daughter partnership and we are situated in the countryside of Henlade, just 10 minutes from Taunton. We have a large garden and paddock and are surrounded by fields and woodland, a real treat for a doggy getaway! We welcome your dog into our family and treat them like one of our own. This means no cages, so if you hate the idea of kennels look no further.

We have a lovely golden retriever who is very friendly, therefore it is preferable that your dog gets on with others. However we never take on more than 4/5 dogs during the day to ensure maximum safety, security and happiness! For overnight stays dogs from different families tend not to be mixed so that they are happy and comfortable.

Whether they stay for the day, or are boarding with us, you can rest assured knowing that they are enjoying a friendly happy home away from home.

Other services include:
HOUSE SITTING (including dog walking,general household chores/feeding of any dogs or other animals/changing litter trays, bringing in post, watering house plants).

DAY CARE hours are between approx. 7.30am-8pm and weekend stays are available. We can be flexible around these hours depending on days.

Boarding: DISCOUNT for those interested in their dog(s) boarding for longer durations. Average cost of £10-£20 per day/night for one dog depending on size, temperament and requirements

We recommend your pet stays a minimum of 2 hours to ensure you both make the most out of your day. Your dog(s) will be walked regularly and have the freedom (within boundaries) to play and run as much as they like to ensure a happy worn out dog by the end of their trip. They are welcome to stay for any length of time.

It is preferable to arrange a meeting with the dogs beforehand to make sure they respond well to our dog and that there are no issues.
