Rossie Ochil Estate is situated upon the rural Ochils outside Perthshire. The estate features Rossie Ochil House, The Granary and Keepers Lodge.

Rossie Ochil house is a sumptuously refurbished 17th century House that accomadates 12 people in 6 spacious double bedrooms with the option of a further 2 double bedrooms in the adjoining annexe perfect for large groups of family or freinds and is surrounded by the beautiful Scottish countryside.
Rossie Ochil House has a large private garden and even a children's adventure course hidden within the trees.

The Granary and Keepers Lodge provide a more modern alternative to the main house and is the perfect base for groups of family and friends to enjoy this fantastic part of Perthshire. Refurbished to the highest standard, it can accommodate eight people in four bright spacious double bedrooms with superb views over the surrounding hills. Guests can relax on the leather sofas in the stylish sitting room and linger over meals at the large dining table, or sit outside on the patio enjoying the views.
The Granary even has it's own private garden !!

You can enjoy walks across the estate in good weather and if it is not so good, cosy up with underfloor heating and the large plasma TV, or cook up a fabulous meal in well equipped kitchen.

If there are slightly more that 8 of you, we can provide a guest bed or two at a small additional charge.

We can also provide private catering services throughout your stay or for that special meal so that everyone can relax and make the most of these delightful properties and their lovely surroundings.
